During a 2 days canoeing trip in the Ardèche, it is mandatory to book your bivouac overnight in the natural reserve.
You can find 2 bivouac place along the Ardèche river :
– The GAUD Bivouac ( Located at 1/3rd of the entire course )
– The GOURNIER Bivouac ( Located at 1/2 of the entire trip )
Both of the bivouacs provide equal service witch are : Toilets, showers, barbecue places, presence of a team of the nature reserve…
The basic bivouac service is an autonomy service, you have to bring your own tent, inflatable mattress, sleeping bag and food for the two days.
However, since a few years, the bivouac service has added comfort options available when you make your reservation you can now add to your reservation :
- A 3 places Tent avaiable for your on the bivouac area : 15,00 €
- inflatable mattress : 5,00 € / personn
- Different bigger tents “cozy” or for large groups of persons.
