Once your order is placed, we will send you your gift voucher by mail or email in PDF format as soon as we receive your payment.
LOULOU Bateaux gift vouchers are valid for all the routes offered on the website.
How do I order my gift voucher?
1. Choose the activity that suits you best from our Ardèche canoe trips.
2. Book your trip via our website.
3. You will receive a confirmation with a booking number (e.g., 10456).
4. Contact us via our contact form to let us know that this order (e.g., 10456) is a gift certificate.
You can also provide the recipient’s name(s) if you would like them to appear on the certificate.
5. You will receive the gift certificate as a PDF.
